Pirovich was founded by Peter & Lorraine Pirovich in 1984, and their dedication to quality was passed down to sons Ashley, Darren and Peter, who now manage Development and Construction operations. This family-centric approach creates a warm and dedicated environment that attracts a talented and experienced team of employees with extensive experience in the industry.

Everything We Do

Our wealth of experience has grown from our beginnings as a high-quality residential builder. Since 1984, we’ve been building to the highest quality as Pirovich Constructions, applying our knowledge, craftsmanship and innovation to projects large and small.

In 2006, we launched Pirovich Developments, born from a desire to produce unique and timeless projects that add value to the surrounding environment.

PIROVICH DEVELOPMENTS

Pirovich Developments specialises in boutique residential property development in the Melbourne metropolitan area. Our goal is to produce unique, beautiful and timeless projects that respond to the character and demands of the area in which they are located. All our projects combine a team of skilled architects, interior designers, engineers and tradesmen to ensure our vision is carried from the initial design through to completion.

PIROVICH CONSTRUCTIONS

Pirovich Constructions is a residential construction company, with over 1700 homes and apartments delivered to date. The company builds projects for Pirovich Developments and a select group of private developers and public-private partnership organisations. In the past the company has also built extensively for government at the Federal, State and Local level.
