Pirovich Constructions and Pirovich Developments are family businesses that operate side by side to deliver projects throughout Melbourne.

Pirovich Constructions was founded by Peter & Lorraine Pirovich in 1984, with the development business launching in 2007. Both companies are owned and managed by the Pirovich Family and a dedicated team of employees with extensive experience in development and construction.

Pirovich Constructions is a residential construction company, with over 1700 homes and apartments delivered to date.

The company builds projects for Pirovich Developments and a select group of private developers and public-private partnership organisations. In the past the company has also built extensively for government at the Federal, State and Local level.

Pirovich Developments specialises in boutique residential property development in the Melbourne metropolitan area. Our goal is to produce unique, beautiful and timeless projects that respond to the character and demands of the area in which they are located.

All our projects combine a team of skilled architects, interior designers, engineers and tradesmen to ensure our vision is carried from the initial design through to completion.

Each apartment is unique and finished with stone bench tops, Miele appliances, timber flooring and premium joinery. Ground floor apartments feature large courtyards while the upper levels have balconies and terraces.
